Why Complexity
Managers and trainers are usually busy persons, so why should they dedicate some of their more precious resource, i.e. time, to dwell into such seemingly abstract and obscure topics? There are several reasons for that:
- to better understand what is happening inside their organizations, be they companies, NGOs, or other, as well as in the environment they and their organizations inhabit, e.g. market systems
- to better understand which actions they can take, and what are their consequences
- to be able to use in a proper way some useful tools (models) which can support their activity
- to understand the dynamics of innovation
