Among the CETRA objectives the participating partners have included the identification of innovative companies and case studies realisation.CETRA's ambition was to prepare tools to teach how to make sense of what happens, providing our target audience with a way of observing and describing phenomena, and the case studies analsis is functional to show the link between complexity and innovation in an organization's history. The questionnaire used as a guide for the case studies was created in consideration that innovation is pervasive, it occurs across all sectors of the economy and it is not limited to high-tech industries: in fact, CETRA case studies also concern more traditional, low-tech applications. Our case studies refer to innovative organisations and innovation histories; instead of defining innovation on the basis of novelty and extent of change. This web-site presents selected case studies made by the CETRA researchers.
